Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hanging drywall, texturing, painting, and installing insulation

Valid driver's license

2 years of experience in restoration/construction

Proven track record of delivering superb customer service

Effective written and oral communication skills

Basic math skills

Ability to perform construction services as needed

Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance and 100 lbs with assistance

Ability to stand for extended periods

2 Years Experience in Managing

Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of high-quality construction services

Maintain clear and proactive communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members

Manage construction projects efficiently, from initial planning to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines

Control costs and maintain strict adherence to project schedules

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Weekend availability may be required based on project needs.

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
