You will be responsible for teaching Orientation for at least one two-day class per week.
If the other Training Coordinator is absent, you will be responsible for filling in.
You will teach new team members the culture, policies, procedures, and processes of the Jim Ellis Automotive Group.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Covid-19 Processes and Procedures Clocking in and out Mission Statement, Core Values, and Jim Ellis Promises History, Asset Protection, and Dress Code Jim Ellis Tools Dashboard Jim Ellis Company Website Benefits, 401k, ADP, and any additional training Team Building and Retention Assist in building an internal Training Library with content based on current and future company needs I.

Recommend and develop new training material to suit the needs of our stores and/or the company.
Revise and improve program information as it becomes available.
Assist with the transfer/separation process of employees.

Request IT information, record policies/tests, and assign additional training if necessary Be prepared for adaptive training - create a variety of diverse training for several situations Acquiring stores, additional stores, COVID, remote learning, etc.

Revise and add improvements to the onboarding program as new information becomes available Maintain and update KPA daily.

Responsible for reconciling Staples invoices for JEU.

Creating swag bags for the class that you are responsible for teaching, keeping the classroom clean, stocking the class snacks/drinks, emailing hiring managers, etc.

Scanning paperwork into KPA for separations, new hire packets, and transfers.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be authorized to work in the US Must have a valid Driver's License Minimum of 18 years of age to be able to drive for the company Must possess and demonstrate verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Ability to multi-task is critical Strong organizational skills Why Jim Ellis?
