  • STRATEGIZE: We guide clients through reshaping their HR functions by reorganizing their HR structure and digitizing their HRIS

Senior Workday Consultant - Roles & Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into actionable deliverables, prepare documentation, and presentations
  • Configure modules to create a customized functional solution aligned with client needs
  • Support the project team in deploying or enhancing the solution
  • Facilitate and lead design workshops on specialized topics
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
  • Conduct tool developments, testing, and validation
  • Manage technical maintenance tasks
  • Perform technical monitoring and user training
  • Provide recommendations to clients on solution upgrades and implementations

Required Professional Experience

  • Possess over 5 years of HRIS experience in a consulting firm or corporate setting with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday HCM software
