Position Summary :

The Program Sales Manager is responsible for selling the ecosystem of Excelsius products to include but not limited to; ExcelsiusGPS robotic surgical system, Excelsius3D Intra-Operative imaging system, and Excelsius HUB, along with affiliated services to existing Excelsius customers within their aligned territory. This role demands highly technical and clinical expertise in selling the Excelsius ecosystem of capital technologies, team-building skills, and a commitment to exceeding sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong solution-based selling skills, the ability to cultivate relationships with surgeons and hospital executives, and collaborate effectively with the implant and capital sales team. The Program Sales Manager will report to the INR Zone Director and will embody the principle of one team, one mission.

Essential Functions :

  • Manages the complex sales process of introducing ExcelsiusGPS robotic surgical system, Excelsius3D Intra-Operative imaging system, and Excelsius HUB to both new and existing hospitals.
  • Implements market strategies and sales activities to surpass goals set by Senior Management.
  • Cultivates support from surgeons and executives, generates market awareness to drive sales growth and rapidly expand the customer install base.
  • Engages in C-level interactions and negotiations.
  • Oversees the installation process to ensure consistent utilization within the initial 90 days.
  • Develops comprehensive knowledge of applicable spinal procedures and products.
  • Achieves quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborates with the spine implant team to identify capital and implant targets for overall business growth.
  • Builds and manages a robust sales pipeline.
  • Works with the Regional Sales Manager to handle contractual negations between Medical Center and Globus Medical
  • Establishes relationships with key opinion leaders among surgeons and executives.
  • Forecasts quarterly system sales accurately.
  • Manages expenses within the allocated budget.
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling capital equipment in the healthcare industry. Spine experience is a plus.
  • History of consistently exceeding sales expectations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
  • Commitment to compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
