WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a (Golf Sports Marketing Brand Experience Coordinator) to be a thought contributor and support the overall Athlete services and Brand Experience for golf Sports Marketing. The coordinator's primary role is to collaborate and support various duties of the Golf SM team through service, strategy, and execution.

You should have a team first mentality, excel in organization and communication, time management, team building, and the ability to navigate the Nike matrix. The coordinator will serve as a vital component influential in the success of athlete relationships and the greater sports marketing team

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role you will be working closely with the Golf Sports Marketing Athlete & Brand Experience Director to support initiatives and implement the Athlete Journey. You will assist in planning and driving hospitality experiences during major golf moments, while prioritizing multiple competing task and providing product service support for golf field reps regularly. You will navigate the organizational structure and develop the knowledge of systems and tools to fulfill athlete requests and support. You will collaborate cross functionally with NA and Global SM men's and women's dimensions. You will have an integral role in the athlete experience at select elite junior golf tournaments domestic and global.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 2-3 years' successful experience in brand marketing
  • 2-3 years' successful experience in event planning
  • Excellent verbally and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage external partner communication
  • Proficient in project management, using tools such as Excel, Keynote, and Powerpoint for presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and requests
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of cross functional partners including brand marketing, sports marketing, and product teams
  • Experience with SAP and SEC
  • Experience with domestic and/or international shipping
  • Ability to travel up 3-5 times a year
