Job Title: Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing for Women's Fitness

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing for Women's Fitness to lead the development and execution of the global brand marketing strategy for our Women's Fitness business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand growth and consumer engagement through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the global brand marketing strategy for Women's Fitness, including annual and seasonal marketing plans.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to create inspired and world-class storytelling and consumer journeys that drive brand and consumer engagement.
  • Define and drive annual and seasonal marketing plans that position Nike as the top fitness and training brand.
  • Develop and deliver long-term consumer concepts and seasonal storytelling that inspire aspirational storytelling and concepts.
  • Lead and develop a highly capable, diverse, and world-class marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sport/Fitness, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Global perspective and experience, with a proven ability to collaborate and build, develop, and encourage teams.
  • Strategic global marketing planning experience, with the ability to translate business objectives and goals into annual marketing strategies and plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving digital marketing offense and connecting frequently and deeply with consumers.
  • Geo and global experience, with a background in marketing communications strategies and holistic campaigns.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, resourcefulness, and comfort level with ambiguity.
