  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans and brand initiatives across multiple categories.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive brand and category projects forward.
  • Research and analyze consumer data to monitor product, brand, and market trends.
  • Develop new product ideas and product improvements.
  • Generate category performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate brand direction to internal teams to support social media efforts.
  • Develop strategies for executing pricing actions.
  • Coordinate with Trade marketing team on customer and channel specific projects.
  • Analyze industry and category trends and provide competitive analyses.
  • Proof and coordinate new branded packaging projects.
  • Support corporate and industry events.
  • Prepare and conduct internal and external presentations.
  • Manage budget and track expenses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Circana/Nielsen experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Occasional lifting of packages up to 20 lbs.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company performance.
