Job Description

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.Develop and implement HR strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.Manage HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.Utilize HR data for decision-making and process improvement.Willingness to perform occasional administrative tasks, such as managing incoming and outgoing mail and overseeing the company's storage unit in Boston.

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
