Candidate Profile
We seek an experienced HR professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of human resources functions. You are adept at fostering relationships, addressing complex issues, and implementing HR strategies that support organizational growth. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with individuals at all levels, promoting our core values throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement HR programs, including performance management, workplace investigations, and training initiatives.
- Provide daily HR support to staff and management, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Consult on employee relations matters, conducting investigations and proposing solutions.
- Analyze trends in employee relations and collaborate with stakeholders to develop proactive strategies and policies.
- Utilize HR analytics to guide decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Support the interpretation and execution of company policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily HR operations in line with organizational standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and enhance processes.
- Engage in cross-functional projects as necessary.
- Assist with internal communications related to HR matters.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in human resources.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing complex employee relations and driving HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other technology systems to enhance efficiency.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- A data-driven approach with experience in HR analytics.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
- Experience with UKG systems.
- Background in warehouse and retail operations.
