Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior / Lead Inspector to join our team In this role you will get to work on a recently awarded Rail and Transit Construction Management project that will last 4 years in the Pacific Northwest area.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Track Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Will be responsible for Daily and other Reports.
  • Will manage the other inspection staff on the project.
  • Ensure that the field staff is completely covering activities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • An experienced professional, with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience including 2-3+ years' experience in working on large construction projects in railroad yard operating environments.
  • Associate's degree in a technical discipline or construction related field. High school diploma and equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Understand Contractor Field Operations, understand and be able to coordinate Inspections with responsible AHJ.
  • Understand basic field Safety Operating Environments.
  • Understand and be able to apply QA/QC plans and be able to issue.
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Amtrak experience preferable.
  • NICET qualified inspector with experience as a Safety coordinator.
  • Good Oral and Written communication abilities.
  • Have a basic understanding of the Appliable Building Codes.
  • Ability to read and understand CPM Schedules.
  • ProCore, Bluebeam experience preferred.
