invites applications for a Project Coordinator.
The Project Coordinator for the School of Business will help design and manage strategic projects for the Dean and Department Chairs. There will be a strong focus on enrollment and administrative functions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate closely with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the efficient management of the school's programs and administrative functions.
- Manage communication with administrative offices, ensuring effective coordination and timely response to inquiries and requests.
- Manage the school's social media presence across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Partner with faculty and staff to develop to create social media content. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop engaging and informative content for prospective students, showcasing the department's programs and opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, training, and scheduling of department tutors, student staff, and interns, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and contribute effectively.
- Provide administrative support and manage projects for the School of Business Dean, Program Managers, and Department Chairs. Project include recruiting and leading staff to assist with planning and executing School of Business and department events.

in certificate, associate, baccalaureate, master's and doctoral programs in traditional day and evening/weekend/online formats.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of experience in project management and administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-starting attitude.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize well.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide array of people and build and maintain positive relationships with individuals and organizations.
- High energy and ability to meet intense needs and expectations of this position.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and processes to achieve results.
- Strong goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated record of respectful, welcoming, and engaging behavior to people of all cultures, in a manner that affirms the worth and preserves the dignity of individuals, families, and communities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project direction and management.
- Experience working in higher education.
