The Executive Assistant supports the CEO and occasionally the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ideal candidate exhibits good judgment, a positive demeanour, strong communication, organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to work independently on projects from start to finish and remain composed under pressure. Duties involve analysis, effective communication, and discretion with access to confidential information.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and, on occasion, the ELT, including but not limited to: managing calendars, preparing presentations, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Coordinate activities, resources, meetings, and services for internal and external events
- Successfully prepare and deliver critical materials for meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively and drive projects to successful completion.
- Demonstrate leadership and create trust with senior management and ELT.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of sensitive or confidential nature.
- Manage a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have organizational impact.
- Create a bridge for smooth communication between executive staff, internal departments and external stakeholders and/or customers.
- Maintain the utmost level of confidentiality in all aspects of work and interaction with CEO and ELT
What you bring to the team:
- Exceptional organization and time management
- Previous experience working with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Outstanding written and verbal etiquette
- Ability to take direction while prioritizing tasks

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred, minimum of Associates degree required
- Exhibit the highest level of confidentiality concerning internal information
- 5+ years' experience in an executive assistant role to CEO
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Background in Software Company
- Fluent in German highly preferred

Salary range 85 – 100K*
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates' range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
