The Epic Application Systems Technical Analyst - Staff is responsible for the comprehensive analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of various administrative, financial, or clinical information systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Clinical, or Healthcare-related fields from an accredited institution, or four years of equivalent experience in information systems, clinical work, or clinical information systems may be considered in place of a degree

  • 1+ years of experience in the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of business/financial or clinical information systems, or three years as an expert user of targeted systems (e.g., PACs, Financial Systems)
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively, operate IT equipment with dexterity, view and interpret information on screens and documents, and remain seated or standing for extended periods
  • Customer Service: A demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in interactions with peers, end-users, and others
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a technical or healthcare setting
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly in a user-friendly manner
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively prioritizing and managing tasks in high-pressure environments
  • Healthcare Experience: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Proficiency in application architecture, business analysis, and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including UI design, project planning, and workflow management
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support
  • Motivated individual with a strong technical background in healthcare information systems, who can work independently and contribute to the success of complex projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
