Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10)
  • Knowledgeable in networking concepts, including LAN and WAN within a corporate enterprise domain
  • Expertise in Windows desktop and server environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook.

  • Strong understanding of urgency in addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Ensure a high standard of service quality throughout the troubleshooting process.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers for effective issue resolution.
  • Take ownership of issues from start to finish, providing timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ticket management practices.
  • Regularly review and enhance knowledgebase articles for accuracy and relevance.
  • Proactively assess current workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop expertise in supported systems and products, including Messaging (Exchange, etc.), Zoom, SharePoint, Mac, Unix, Voice, Mobile, and others.
