In this role, you will be responsible for delivering first-line technical assistance, diagnosing hardware and software challenges, and supporting data backup and recovery initiatives. We seek candidates who possess strong communication skills, can effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must successfully complete a thorough background investigation and drug screening
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-2 years of pertinent experience
  • Capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff
  • Familiarity with Windows 10-11, Windows Server, Office 365, and Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Physical capability to work at a desk and lift items up to 10 pounds
