  • Assessments and Feasibility Studies
  • Provides mentorship to Wrap Around Services program participants.
  • Responsible for mentoring approximately five families.
  • Addresses topics with clients which includes life skills, money management, housing, and work- appropriate practices.
  • Provides ongoing encouragement and support to program participants and their families.
  • Promotes the overall well-being of program participants and their families.
  • Accompanies participants to meetings, appointments, and/or interviews if needed to ensure client participation.
  • Collaborates with teams, including Social Workers, and Employment Training Advisors to promote successful development and completion of client action plans.
  • Works with Social Workers to establish boundaries regarding issues that fall under the Client Mentor's purview.
  • Compassionate and people-oriented
  • Good organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the challenges faced by low income families in their community
  • Ability to provide constructive, positive advice and guidance on setting and meeting goals
  • Ability to establish boundaries with the mentee
  • Demonstrated coaching skills
  • Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates desired, preferably Spanish or Arabic
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience
  • Office Setting

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
