Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform management decisions and ensure effective follow-through.
  • Assist in the creation of processes, templates, and both visual and textual materials as necessary.
  • Support budget estimation and monitoring activities.
  • Facilitate planning initiatives.
  • Prepare and coordinate purchase requisitions, including temporary purchase card requisitions.
  • Evaluate business practices and propose recommendations for enhancing current processes or policies.
  • Execute a variety of tasks related to program requirements, procedures, and criteria.
  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports on business metrics, identifying potential project trends and risks for management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of two years of related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience in government contract analysis or communications is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with general records management practices, including data extraction and interpretation, as well as a solid understanding of budgeting principles.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in meeting planning and coordination, including stakeholder outreach, logistics, note-taking, and action tracking.
  • Proficient in stakeholder identification, outreach, and management.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking and active listening to achieve success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comprehend both the meaning and intent of written communication and develop appropriate response strategies.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, representing a typical range for this role within Evans's total compensation package.
