We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our established and new brands.


Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Sky, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet our growth objectives.

You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to ensure our brands are well-represented and positioned in the market.

Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, buyers, and key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Sky and its new associated brands.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with retailers and buyers.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Participate in trade shows, fashion events, and other industry activities to promote our brands.
Train and mentor junior sales team members.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the women's contemporary fashion market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
