Position Specific Description

The main responsibility of this sales-focused role is to increase the company's revenue by successfully prospecting and managing commercial business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities from Brokers/Channel Partners. Employees in this role respond to requests for pricing (RFPs) by setting up deals in a CRM (Salesforce), negotiating margin, creating and distribute contracts, and closing executed contracts when deals are won.

Job Overview

This job is responsible for increasing revenue by successfully handling commercial business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities from Brokers/Channel Partners. Employees in this role respond to requests for pricing (RFPs) and negotiate margin, that meets the Broker/Channel Partners' customer's needs. This position retains existing customers through securing retention sales orders through the Broker/Channel Manager.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Analyzes deal specifics and determines the best course of action (enter opportunity, refer deal, or defer deal)
  • Negotiates price with Broker/Channel Partner and customer
  • Negotiates margin with Broker/Channel Partner and customer
  • Selects product and terms appropriate for the end customer
  • Facilitates won opportunities through the contracting and enrollment process timely and accurately
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 3+ years
