- Estimating capabilities are highly desirable.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Schedule follow-up meetings to keep clients informed on project developments.
- Create compelling sales materials for client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a proactive self-starter capable of developing and managing a personal client portfolio.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to prepare estimates, draft quotes, and submit final proposals to clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
