This is a key role responsible for partnering with Technology & Global Services (TGS) and Cyber Security Leadership to provide direct financial insight and recommendations to enable balanced strategic planning and execution. The leader works collaboratively with other finance business unit (BU)/Region team and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Finance business partner for global function supporting functional leader in forecasting/analysis of global operating/capital budgets
  • Provide support as necessary for acquisition and/or divestiture related activities (including tracking of integration related investments)
  • Lead the development of key financial deliverables ASR, budget, projection and capital expenditure planning activities
  • Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analysis is support of the TGS and Cyber Security leadership team.
  • Drive the financial planning activities to support the global functional forecasting, tracking and reporting of special projects and investments
  • Analyze actual results, external trends and large datasets to provide insight to leadership
  • Manage the financial models and analyses development in support of global functional leadership, cost center owner and regional financial leadership
  • Lead the preparation of business case and financial justification to advise and support strategic activities
  • Support, monitor and report relevant global functional metrics (e.g., headcount, regional budgets/results, vendor spend, mix of spend)
  • Report on variances, headcount and full year financial trajectory at TGS leadership team meetings
  • Partner with global functional leadership and regional finance contacts to support the function as necessary
  • Partner across finance to ensure alignment on business project spend & tracking and provide transparency around IT cross charges
  • Work with global team of senior business planning analyst and COE financial analyst to support global functional budgets
  • Support development of GBS financial tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • Minimum 10 years' experience of financial analysis, accounting and/or audit
  • Experience developing/influencing teams
  • Business partnering experience
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills required
  • BPC and SAP experience preferred
  • Data and analytical modeling
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment; strong attention to detail
  • Effectively work across a global financial organization preferred
