The Director, Supply Chain Finance is responsible for developing and leading the DBI Supply Chain financial oversight, including budgets/LRP, projections and overall accountability of the supply chain financials.

This position must excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment providing financial analysis of the on-going business results, ad-hoc financial analysis and insight, and strategic business planning recommendations.

This position will be interactive with other leadership team members to understand the needs of the organization and provide supporting analysis and insightful recommendations.

This individual will be required to challenge and develop staff through stretch goals and objectives, projects, and initiatives.

We are open to remote based candidates for this opportunity, however with the collaborative nature of this role, candidates based in the Eastern time zone and/or within the vincity of our Mid-West Logitics Center (Columbus, OH) or East Cooast Logistics Center (Westampton, NJ) are preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Supply Chain financial planning process and team to support the annual budget, weekly projections, and modeling of the long range plan, including both capital and expense.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Multiple DSW Distribution & Fulfillment Centers
  • Wholesale Distribution and brands Fulfillment Center
  • Brands DTC Shipping
  • Customer shipping Expense Projections for all DBI websites, including DSW, vincecamuto, keds, etc.
  • DBI Supply Chain and Sourcing US Home Office Operating Expenses
  • Strategic finance partner in all Supply Chain projects, leading financials in Business Cases where applicable and analyzing data to pinpoint efficiencies and optimize expenses.
  • Required to present management recommendations based on analytical data to key stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Ability to execute change management within the function, across the business, and with external partners focusing on enhancements, process efficiencies and the appropriate alignment of roles and responsibilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications:


Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years' work experience in a fast paced environment (retail or wholesale experience preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience

  • MBA is valued but not required
  • Knowledge of finance/GL packages; Hyperion or similar is valued but not required

Education:

  • Undergraduate (B.
S./B.A.) degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Math or similar field is required
