JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager provides leadership and direction for all selling, business development, and customer/project acquisition activities in assigned markets.

There is a minimum of 50% of travel to customer sites, industry conventions, and shows. This position will represent all of Coldspring's Landscape & Slab Products and Services in the Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa area.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Achieving net order objectives for your territories Participating in the development of sales and marketing plans and budgets Introducing, promoting, and selling all granite specialty products and service offerings that Coldspring provides Developing strong customer relationships Generating and qualifying leads and opportunities Promoting products to new and existing customers Meeting sales and invoicing goals Meeting specified minimum weekly customer contacts Traveling to meet with customers at least two weeks per month Attending trade shows and conventions Preparing formal proposals

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE: 3 years of industry-related experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Experience in CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry Understanding of data privacy and security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer data within the CRM system Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills; self-starter; and goal-driven towards accomplishing the annual and long-range sales objectives; Comfortability with introducing new products and penetrating new markets to increase sales/accounts; developing marketing materials; foresight in scheduling work to achieve objectives cost-effectively Proficient computer skills —Outlook and other Microsoft-based software.
