Sr Clinical Marketing Manager, Sleep

As our Senior Clinical Marketing Manager for Sleep, you will be joining the highly impactful Therapy Platforms business within Sleep & Respiratory Care team at Philips. You will be part of a truly global work environment that is committed to improving billions of lives worldwide.

Please note: Due to the consolidation of our sites, this role will start at the Bakery Square office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and will move to another site in the greater Pittsburgh area by the end of the year. This change will bring our teams in western Pennsylvania closer together to remain competitive and committed to our customers, clinicians, and patients and create value with sustainable impact.

Your role:

  • You will be the sleep clinical expert within the product development team, supporting the alignment of business and clinical features to maximize value propositions.
  • You will develop, manage, execute, and evaluate sleep educational activities for internal and external partners.
  • Identify global clinical market trends and drivers and utilize them to define new clinically focused products and strategies.
  • Lead development of clinical assets & campaigns and go-to-market strategies with cross-functional project teams.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with global key thought leaders.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in the fields of sleep diagnostics and treatment (CPAP, BiPAP), education, marketing, and/or product development.
  • Your skills include development of clinical services, marketing processes and strategic planning, preferred.
  • You have a bachelor's degree with MBA preferred, Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist, Nurse, RPSGT or related clinical field with sleep experience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You have demonstrated effective presentation skills and confidence to lead education sessions for internal and external stakeholders and strong experience with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
