Job Description

RBC Capital Markets seeks a Director, U.S. Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure Investment Banking in New York, NY to develop client relationships, develop business opportunities, transaction execution; coordinate with industry, product and other groups to evaluate and originate new business ideas/opportunities; build RBC's presence in specified area; identify and pursue investment banking business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, plus 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, investment banking products including equity, debt, convertible securities and mergers and acquisitions, managing a large investor calling effort with business development, managing conflicting priorities and requests. Series 79 & 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment).

The base salary for this job is $300,000 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
