The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Managing Director of Investment Banking to lead our team in orchestrating complex financial transactions. As a Managing Director, you will manage clients throughout the entire lifecycle, building lasting relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intricate financial transactions from client origination to successful completion
  • Provide strategic financial guidance backed by a deep understanding of the current market environment
  • Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to achieve firm-wide success
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of our up-and-coming talent
  • Demonstrate mastery of operating within the constantly evolving regulatory environment

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of 7+ years in investment banking
  • Demonstrated success with prior clients and a robust network of investors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • FINRA Series 79 and 63

Compensation:

We offer above-industry-standard commission payouts (ranging from 50% to 92.5% depending on the business line and production levels) for this role. This is a commission-only position, and we encourage you to submit your application if you are interested in this opportunity.
