FE International LTD is seeking a seasoned Senior Investment Banking Director to lead our transaction origination efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and executing new transactions for high-value clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Solicit new advisory business from existing networks and relationships
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financials, metrics, and operations
- Develop and present strategic and financial analyses to clients
- Lead the execution of merger, acquisition, and sale transactions
- Advise clients on optimal transaction structures and terms
- Minimum 10 years of investment banking experience, with 2+ years as a Vice President
- Established industry expertise in relevant sectors
- Proven track record of leading complex transactions
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A competitive salary of $200k - $500k OTE, plus the opportunity to work with a leading global investment bank and contribute to the growth of our team.
