Job Description

The person in this position is responsible for testing the company's products and ensuring the quality of the company's products and services is top-notch. This person will work with the rest of the Devs & QA team to test and support the company's products and services and implement the assigned components on the roadmap in a timely fashion. More specifically, the person will be responsible for:

  • With regard to the Cinarra Products and Services
    • Learning and understanding the software architecture
    • Maintenance of the testing infrastructure
    • Implement and maintain the test plans for software validation
  • Provide a test plan and a reasonable estimate for completion and follow through on it
  • Execute the test plan, and script the tests so they can be integrated to test automation
  • Work closely with the other members of the Cinarra Engg teams
  • Help with recruitment of talent for the QA team

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Python, Pytest and shell scripting
  • Ability to document test cases into an organized test plan for review
  • Extensive experience with API testing (REST APIs)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases
  • Experience with Kafka, Clickhouse, etc. desirable
  • Experience with virtual environments, AWS, Linux OS
  • Knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Nginx, etc.
  • Tools: GIT, JIRA, Curl, and any other testing tools
  • Good communication skills in English (min level - Upper Intermediate)
