Your Role

We are in search of a seasoned QA leader to oversee the SSE Solution and Next Gen Security initiatives for the Prisma SASE team. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about technology and can inspire innovation in our QA processes. Ideal candidates will take ownership of their responsibilities and demonstrate a commitment to problem-solving at all levels. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to our culture, and we need leaders who can collaborate across all tiers to achieve shared objectives.

Your Contributions
  • Build and lead a proficient team of Software & Network engineers in Test for Palo Alto Networks Prisma SASE.
  • Provide comprehensive technical leadership in Cloud-Based Orchestration, Cloud Security, Cloud Networking, and Automation Design.
  • Adopt an Automation-first mindset and drive innovation in test design, automation, and frameworks.
  • Engage in system design to ensure Quality Assurance is integrated throughout the Prisma SASE Feature Development lifecycle.
  • Develop and enhance Automated test Infrastructure to facilitate scalable and flexible testing that mirrors real-world network deployment scenarios.
  • Refine Test strategies, Automation, and Build infrastructure based on feedback and analysis from actual Customer deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Palo Alto Networks to enable continuous adaptation and enhancement of Prisma SASE features and solutions.
Qualifications

Your Background

  • Over 10 years of software QA experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, and related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in building and leading teams of SDETs focused on carrier/enterprise-grade Network Security, Infrastructure, or Endpoint Security products across various regions.
  • Familiarity with SASE technologies such as SD-WAN, CASB, DLP, and Secure Private Access.
  • Intermediate to Expert level experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks for microservices-based applications, Endpoint Security products, or Network Security solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Compensation Overview

The compensation for this position will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates receiving an offer at the posted level, the expected starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary plus commission target (for sales roles) is between $204,000 and $330,000 annually. Compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits is available.
