ROLE SUMMARY:
The main duties of the Hub supervisor include oversee and delegate routes for completion to analysts. Compile and report inventory status and adjust volume for various processing facilities. Audit and inquire about adjustments being made on by Inventory Specialists at Processing facilities.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize regular team meetings.
  • Organize records for retention.
  • Report Adjustments being made by Inventory specialists at processing sites.
  • Manage attendance and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure all department and/or corporate policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and adhered to.
  • Ensure all hub employees receive specific and detailed training within the department to accurately complete all task, and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensures staffing levels are maintained to meet the business needs.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and discipling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
-5+ Years' experience as Supply Chain or Logistics Manager on Manufacturing Environment.

  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Knowledge on SAP Hana is a plus
  • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
  • Understanding of principals of accounting or finance.
  • Must be able to comprehend and direct decisions over legal documents.
  • Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
  • Ability to foster a winning culture and process driven environment, to motivate a team to deliver success consistently.
  • Utilize data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit an extreme ownership mentality over responsibilities and department.

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details.
Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions

  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co workers, vendors, etc.
(Moderate noise)

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.

This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available "after hours" if an emergency situation should arise.
