JOB OBJECTIVE
The Retrofit RHVAC Team Leader is responsible for guiding and collaborating with a team of 3 to 4 retrofit RHVAC technicians to fulfill daily project objectives and accurately document the work completed for submission to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the crew with a focus on quality output while upholding our stringent safety protocols.
- Oversee, participate in, and coordinate all facets of retrofit operations assigned to the team.
- Engage with clients and effectively communicate with site management to keep them informed about ongoing retrofit tasks.

Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records, testing documentation, and other relevant information related to the work performed.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Account for materials utilized and crew hours worked.
- Ensure that tools and equipment assigned to the team are properly maintained and operational.

Safety and Maintenance
- Report any unsafe practices to the project manager.
- Prepare systems for retrofit and execute refrigeration/HVAC retrofit projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in machine and electrical rooms.

Work Schedule
- Work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts.
- Travel is required approximately 85% of the time, with a schedule that may consist of 4 ten-hour overnight shifts. Safely operate a company vehicle and equipment to and from project sites daily.

Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of supermarket rack refrigeration equipment, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make sound decisions promptly.
- Journeyman qualified in refrigeration and HVAC systems, or possess equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing, DMV review, and background check.

Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated basic computer skills and familiarity with Refrigeration Controller Technology.
- Ability to manage performance effectively.
