Account Manager- Fire Service

POSITION OVERVIEW


In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals and objectives through aggressive sales activities, identifying and developing new business opportunities.

You will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, ensuring consistent business follow-up.

A comprehensive knowledge of the Company's current and future products and solutions is essential, as you will be required to effectively demonstrate and present these products to clients.

You will provide weekly updates, accurate sales forecasts, monthly status reports, and quarterly sales projection reports. Additionally, you will obtain and report current market information, including trends, competition, and pricing.

Your role will also involve coordinating and participating in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, user group meetings, and industry and product webinars, with a customer-specific value focus to introduce new products to customers and distributors.

You will develop and manage the sales funnel by monitoring its growth, accuracy, and conversion in Salesforce/CRM. Furthermore, you will prioritize and perform other duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed all revenue and growth goals assigned
  • Develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned accounts
  • Establish, develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships at all levels of assigned accounts.
  • Promote the Milliken brand in the market
  • Manage all aspects of day to day account management
  • Minimum 25% travel required
QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree
-2+ years of sales experience in business development, consulting sales, product and/pr project management.

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Manufacturing knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently and be a self starter while working within a team dynamic
