Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Correll Insurance Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Process renewals and updates to existing accounts, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately documented and communicated to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information, in accordance with Agency standards.
  • Collaborate with Producers to provide necessary client documents, checklists, and proposals, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Utilize support tools and technology to maintain an organized and efficient workstation, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Lines P&C Account Manager or similar role.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment. Correll Insurance Group will provide support and resources to assist with licensing requirements.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight (Worksmart) is preferred but not required.
