Exciting Opportunity:

The Total Rewards Manager NA plays a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing Total Rewards strategies and initiatives for employees in the U.S. and Canada at Kyowa Kirin. Serving as a key resource within the North America HR Department, this role involves developing, designing, and implementing effective Total Rewards programs that are competitive, equitable, and attractive to top talent, ultimately driving employee engagement and retention.Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting Total Rewards programs
  • Design and implement innovative Total Rewards programs and policies to enhance the employee experience
  • Collaborate on education and communication strategies to increase employee awareness of Total Rewards
  • Lead the Wellness Committee and oversee wellness program development and administration
  • Manage benefits administration, including compliance, enrollment processes, and leave programs
  • Oversee compensation administration, including market surveys and life cycle events
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and duties as needed
Key Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of progressive benefits experience

Experience:
Preferably with pharmaceutical industry or compensation background

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, thorough knowledge of benefit and compensation programs and regulations

Non-Technical Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, passion for personal growth and development, and strong interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands: Standard office environment with extended computer work

Working Conditions: Some domestic and international travel may be required
