Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients who have extensive, cross-functional responsibilities to assist them in making strategic decisions regarding their business and/or transforming their organization.
- Facilitate discussions with senior client management on both specific client issues and broader healthcare industry challenges.

Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or related fields. Alternatively, candidates may hold a PhD in life sciences, health economics, decision sciences, or a related field with business applications.
- A minimum of 4 years of post-MBA or PhD work experience; candidates with 7-9 years of relevant experience in a management consulting firm may be considered in lieu of an MBA or PhD.
- Strong communication skills to convey interconnected business issues to senior executives.
- Problem-solving capabilities to navigate ambiguous situations and identify innovative solutions.
- Aptitude for leading and managing teams effectively.
- Thrives in fast-paced work environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
- Multi-disciplinary agility with a comprehensive management skill set.
- Expertise in macro industry and/or functional trends.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and the ability to quickly adapt to executive agendas.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
