Position Overview:
The Product Management Specialist plays a vital role in the success of the Product Development team, working under the guidance of senior management.
This position is responsible for managing independent projects that directly align with the objectives of the Product Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Product Management and Delivery
Oversee independent projects related to the planning and execution of product administrations.
Develop project timelines, risk management strategies, and communication plans for the designated area.
Contract and Service Level Agreement Fulfillment
Contribute to defining the annual scope of work, timelines, and specifications for work plans.
Assist in resolving issues related to assessment development and statistical operations.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Financial Oversight
Create cost projections for service improvements.
Support budget management, expense tracking, and profit and loss oversight.
Uphold ethical standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations pertinent to your role.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills is required.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and/or process management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with assessment development and psychometric processes is also preferred.
