Event Marketing Manager

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in the security industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Event Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Position Summary:

As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and managing our presence at trade shows, corporate leadership events, the annual international incentive program, and digital events. This role demands a blend of exceptional organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for marketing, as well as a willingness to travel for events approximately 50% of the time.

Securitas will offer a starting salary of $60K - $70K, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of our participation in online and offline events, trade shows, and large-scale corporate and incentive events annually.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Multimedia Designer, and Digital Marketing Manager to create cohesive and impactful event experiences that align with our brand's strategic goals.
  • Own and execute digital event strategy and management
  • Manage vendor communications, logistics, and onsite coordination to ensure a seamless experience for all participants and stakeholders.
  • Managing staffing list schedules and assignment of on-site duties for events
  • Negotiation, review, and execution of contracts
  • Research potential meeting sites, including performing site visits and RFPs.
  • Post-event metrics reporting, event debriefings, final reconciliation of budgets
  • Strategize engaging content specific to each event to maximize impact and attendee engagement.
  • Managing event registration platform and hotel rooming lists, including cleansing data sets to identify inaccuracies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of event strategies and activities, using data to inform future strategy and achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Stay informed of the latest event marketing and management trends to refine and improve our event execution continually.


Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in event management, preferably in the technology industry or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully managing trade shows and corporate events.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple events simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create targeted content and interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for events (approximately 50% travel requirement).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.


Work Environment:
  • This position is fully remote, and the candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones to facilitate collaboration with the team.
  • The role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and involves substantial collaboration with various marketing team members.
