Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and purposeful Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging, and driving demand for our products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to understand and react to customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. Using learning to inform product positioning and market strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updated, including target market identification, value prop development for Retail and Restaurant channel strategies.

Content Development

Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for our products that resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Create and oversee the development of marketing materials, including product brochures, website content, sales presentations, case studies, etc.

Sales Enablement

Collaborate with sales to provide training, tools and collateral that empowers our teams to effectively sell our products. Develop competitive battle cards, FAQs, and pitch decks.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data drive insights.

Customer Advocacy

Build and nurture relationships with customers to gather testimonials, case studies and reviews. Leverage customer success stories in marketing efforts.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product management, sales, customer support and other department o ensure alignment and support for product marketing initiatives.

Performance Management

Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing activities using metrics to assess performance and guide continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data/metrics and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
