Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Product Strategist to lead our product management efforts for Marketing. As the Product Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product strategies to drive business growth, streamline business processes, and enhance the internal marketing user experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tools such as Uptempo's Allocadia platform, Adobe's Workfront & Marketo solutions, ServiceNow platform, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will report to the Director, Marketing Planning & Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of product strategies aligned with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Reporting Strategy Development: Collaborate with the reporting leads to define the overall reporting strategy related to marketing execution.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Stakeholder Insights: Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and performance metrics to gain actionable insights and drive product innovation and improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Digital Technology, Digital Marketing, Business Operations, and other departments to align strategies, priorities, and execution plans. Lead and facilitate the change control board for enhancement requests.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of product strategies and marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present product strategies, plans, and performance updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, and solicit feedback to drive alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications
  • 8 - 10 years of experience working as a product strategist working in a SaaS/PaaS/Enterprise Software environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with product management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other marketing technology tools.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
