At C.H. Robinson, we're firm believers in the power of in-person collaboration to fuel innovation and propel success. In this role, you will engage with peers on-site two days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results. With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and implement tailored marketing plans and campaigns for the logistics industryCreate engaging, high-quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and marketing collateralConduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand carrier needs, and monitor competitor activitiesPlan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisitionCollaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectivesContribute to strategies for improving carrier engagement and retentionOrganize and manage marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibilityStay current on industry trends and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies
QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

A minimum of 2 years of marketing experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityMinimum of 2 years' experience working in a publicly traded companyTravel up to 10% domestically
Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communicationsProven success in developing and executing growth-driven marketing strategiesAdvanced certifications in marketing or related areas are a plusProficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and Financial SaaS productsStrong understanding of digital marketing principles and toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStrong analytical skills with data-driven marketing experienceExperience in a start-up environmentFamiliarity with the latest marketing trends and best practicesKnowledge of the logistics industry and carrier needsAbility to motivate and encourage change, achieving positive results in a large, dispersed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environment
