The PGA HOPE Program Coordinator manages and executes PGA HOPE initiatives across multiple locations, including the flagship program at the home of the PGA of America, international military installations, and oversees golf equipment partnerships, the PGA HOPE Veteran Ambassadors program, and additional golf industry partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to):

Oversee the execution of PGA HOPE programs at various locations, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained and the program is delivered in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Oversee the implementation of PGA HOPE programs alongside programmatic golf partners nationwide and on active duty military installations.

Coordinate with golf equipment partners to ensure all locations are well-equipped and manage inventory effectively.

Supervise and oversee the PGA HOPE Veteran Ambassador program including communications, onboarding, and engagement of Ambassadors to advance the PGA HOPE mission.

Provide direct day to day management support to PGA Sections and their staff to deliver and execute against their PGA HOPE program goals.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Manage and deliver program data to support partnerships, and stakeholders.

Oversee the flagship program at The Home of the PGA and coordinate employee engagement

Support program marketing, communications, and promotion for Veteran community engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or Sports Management preferred.

Three years in program management, preferably in non-profit or sports settings. Experience working with veterans or military communities is highly desirable

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Must have knowledge and understanding of the veteran and military community. Must have a strong understanding of program management and veteran community engagement. Familiarity with the golf industry and PGA of America structure is a plus. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel up to 10%.
