Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position in a high-volume kitchen

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
