Join us as a Process Research Engineer and be a part of our dynamic team where you will collaborate with different functions like R&D, Process R&D, Innovation, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Technology, and Marketing. You will play a vital role in supporting Pharma Solutions innovation, technology development, and asset strategy. Reporting directly to Process R&D, your responsibilities will revolve around applying engineering principles to solid handling and modification technologies, from process design to the implementation of new drying, milling, and granulation technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in solids processing for new and existing products and processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on technologies like granulation, drying, and milling to various stakeholders.
  • Create conceptual and detailed designs for various technologies and equipment.
  • Optimize equipment to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and save energy.
  • Conduct experiments to enhance processes and equipment design.
  • Develop simulation models for process improvement.
  • Lead experimental activities in solids handling, granulation, and drying.
  • Scale up new product/process improvements.
  • Identify and implement new process technologies and equipment suppliers.
Job Requirements:
  • PhD or M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in process technology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.
  • Strong knowledge of particle science and technology.
  • Proficiency in process modeling, simulation, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
