Per Diem/PRN Speech-Language Pathologist - Santa Clara, CA

Weekly Rate: $ $60.00
Type of Work: PRN or Per Diem/PRN
Set up : SNF ( sub acute and post acute)

Educational Requirement:
1. Bachelors or masters in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
2. Experience and Licensing Requirements:
3. Minimum 1 year working in SNF setting and experince in Net Health
4. Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the State of California.
5. Minimum of 1 year experience Preferred
6. New Grad are accepted too
7. Basic Life Support Certification

Job Summary:
The Speech-Language Therapist (SLP) evaluates patients with communication disorders and swallowing deficits, plans and implements patient treatment, plans, and coordinates patient discharge, and prepares detailed progress reports and appropriate patient documentation. The SLP will also consult with the rehab team in order to coordinate the most effective speech therapy program.
