Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • California license required or ability to acquire before starting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment
