Principal Responsibility

As the Chief Financial Officer at St. Anthony's, you will oversee the financial management of the organization, ensuring fiscal integrity and stewardship of resources. Responsibilities include financial planning, reporting, audit, compliance, and strategic revenue development. Lead a team, collaborate with executive leadership, and uphold our Franciscan values in all aspects of financial management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Strategy

  • Drive financial planning for the organization, optimizing revenue sources and participating in strategic planning initiatives.
  • Manage organizational risk and compliance, ensuring financial stability and fiscal responsibility.
Financial Management
  • Oversee financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and legal compliance to support effective financial stewardship.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, banking relationships, and budget processes to align with organizational goals.
Real Estate and Facilities
  • Coordinate property management and facilities maintenance in alignment with organizational needs.
Staff Performance and Development
  • Supervise and mentor finance and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and best practices.
Interdepartmental and Community Relationships, Collaboration, and Communication
  • Establish collaborative partnerships, communicate effectively, and uphold integrity and respect in all interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bring 10+ years of nonprofit accounting experience and expertise in financial management and revenue development.
  • Demonstrate a data-driven mindset, collaborative leadership, and strong communication skills.
