Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Acquisition and Oversight: Formulate and execute strategies to acquire supply chain data from diverse sources (ERP, TMS, WMS, databases, etc.). Ensure the integrity, precision, and completeness of the data.
  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize statistical methods, modeling tools, and visualization software to scrutinize data, uncover trends, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for enhancement.
  • Solution Development: Propose strategies to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, minimize costs, and improve customer service.
  • Demand Forecasting: Create forecasting models to anticipate future demand, inventory needs, and potential disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop clear and informative dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Present findings to management, translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain teams, logistics, procurement, operations, and IT to understand their requirements, share data, and facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Proficient in analytical tools: Advanced Excel capabilities and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory management strategies, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Database proficiency: Experience with SQL or similar database query languages.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to critically assess issues, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Capable of conveying complex data analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
  • Background in process optimization or project management.

The annual salary for this position starts at $75,000.

The stated salary range is based on experience and does not encompass the complete compensation package. Our team offers additional valuable benefits that will be discussed during the interview process.
