Logistics Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to contribute to our operations. This role involves working closely with various teams to enhance logistical processes and ensure efficiency in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine operational and maintenance procedures utilizing engineering schematics, manufacturing instructions, and vendor data.
  • Input and manage maintenance task data, ensuring compliance with established military standards.
  • Collaborate on the creation of troubleshooting logic trees and preventative maintenance checks.
  • Participate in technical publication reviews and ensure adherence to military specifications.
  • Incorporate design changes and technical findings into maintenance documentation.
  • Maintain and update maintenance allocation charts and task analysis summaries in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze technical data packages to assess maintenance and logistical effectiveness.
  • Manage problem reports related to technical data packages.
  • Support the development of repair parts and special tools lists.
  • Identify requirements for the timely development of technical illustrations.
  • Recommend guidelines for logistics information management based on customer needs.
  • Ensure accurate workflow documentation and status reporting for project metrics.
  • Review and finalize contract data requirements.
  • Contribute to the integration of technical and logistical support services.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Understanding of military technical manuals and maintenance protocols.
  • Familiarity with military part numbers and logistics information systems.
  • Knowledge of military standards relevant to logistics data development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Understanding of relational database management.
  • Able to facilitate internal and external meetings regarding logistics support.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with logistics design influence.
  • Familiarity with electronic technical manual viewers.
  • Proficient in software for model viewing.
  • Ability to forecast equipment support needs.
  • Experience with logistics databases and tools.
  • Knowledge of executing modified work orders.
