What You Will Do:

  • Manage sourcing initiatives and perform comparative assessments of vendor proposals
  • Administer purchase orders for proprietary items with primary suppliers
  • Collaborate with food safety and legal departments to onboard new suppliers
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of ingredients and suppliers
  • Ensure data integrity by monitoring software usage
  • Engage in pricing, expenditure, and procurement analyses
  • Act as a primary liaison with vendors and distributors
  • Assist in developing best practices for supply chain management

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Hospitality
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in the restaurant or food service sectors is advantageous
  • Familiarity with purchase order management and vendor relationship oversight
  • Analytical mindset coupled with business insight
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and/or Tableau
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and networking abilities
  • Motivation to achieve results
