Sr Product Manager (Voice AI)

Overview:

Ylopo is a next-generation complete digital marketing solution designed for real estate teams and agents to capture and nurture people interested in buying or selling real estate. Ylopo leverages real estate specific, dynamic advertisements to generate interest, white labeled home search portals to engage, and cutting edge AI technology to multi-channel nurture prospects throughout their home buying journey. We help teams and agents grow their business and scale personalized relationships across their customer base with cost and time efficiencies.

Product: Voice AI

Our Voice AI empowers real estate teams and agents to effortlessly connect with their prospects at scale, leveraging call center and AI technologies to identify and adapt call strategies in real-time based on personalized consumer responses. Conversations are fully automated with natural and humanistic dialogues that will captivate interest and create transfers and appointments for our clients. Our Voice AI offers reliable long-term prospect follow up, all the while integrating with our client's preferred Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in product vision, strategy and roadmap with stakeholders and upper management
  • Define, build, launch, and iterate on complex features and systems that move the product towards its vision
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process including quality assurance
  • Extensive research and synthesis of insights to inform strategy, scope and decisions
  • Orchestrate collaboration among all departments to support the product including but not limited to: creating sales deck with Sales team, drafting customer rollout strategy with Account Management team, defining operational workflows with Onboarding team, training Product Support team, coordinating product transitions or changes across all teams
  • Work autonomously and be able to take ownership of product decisions

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of professional product management experience working on SaaS application products
  • At least 1 year with startup experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to steer stakeholders' buy in and alignment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to drive projects forward and facilitate collaboration across all teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter mindset, you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and figure things out
  • Strong technical acumen, from being able to understand complex systems and logic to being able to follow engineering discussions around database schemas and APIs to ensure short and long term product use cases are met
  • Nice to Have: AI experience (chatbot, voice AI)
  • Nice to Have: Familiar with call center & telephony systems

This role is currently fully remote within the US. Compensation and full benefits include starting pay from $150k-175k depending on experience; medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays, vacation, and sick days; a 401(k)
